Infinity Diptych's. My New Art Concept

I was staring at my painting for a very long time. There was something so empty about it. Something not quite complete. All I could see were half formed blue circles floating in space. That's when the idea of extending them came. Not just around the sides of the canvas, but allowing them to flow to the second canvas. 

The idea expanded to making each canvas flow into the other. No matter which order it finds itself; it must still be a complete piece and easy to follow.

I decided to call it an infinity. This piece is an infinity diptych as there's only two canvases. But if I were to add a third I would call it infinity triptych and so on. 

So here's the first of many! It's a direction I can see myself comfortably going down and I'm excited to push myself and my art further and create things that I never thought possible. It's a direction that few, if any are going in and that's what's helping me to really go wild with my ideas.
